With coronavirus restrictions starting to ease, we are still aware that the virus has not gone away particularly with the omicron variant cases on the rise. It is important that we follow all the guidance set out by the government, local authorities or the venues we use, not only to comply with the law but to ensure that we are helping to reduce the risk of spread as our guests and teams safety is paramount.
At this time immunisation passports are not necessary to attend our events however we do recommend you take a lateral flow test before attending our events.
A face covering is mandatory on our events, unless you are exempt, this is inline with the government legislation. We are unable to force our guests to wear a face covering as this responsibility lies with the individual, however we do hope that you will support us by wearing a face covering and help us reduce the risk of the virus spreading. Please treat our team with respect if any guest is abusive towards our team we reserve the right to evict you from the event.
Hand sanitiser will be readily available throughout the event, equipment will be regularly sanitised. Although we have enough hand sanitiser to go around we advise that you bring your own to carry around with you.
We will still continue to have a refreshments station, where tea, coffee, squash and biscuits will be available, tea bags, coffee, sugars & biscuits etc are all individually wrapped.
Please note that this rules may differ slightly for each venue as some venues may also have there own policy that Haunted Adventures and our guests must follow.
Please ensure you read all our booking terms and conditions before agreeing to them and placing your booking.
